Charles Woods is a native Nashvillian with over 30 years in the customer service industry. I have always thrived in making sure that I take care of my clients at a very high level. I have worked in a couple different customer facing industries working with clients in a one-on-one setting and even providing that same level of customer service to clients in a B2B environment. With my strong business acumen, which allows me to be very comfortable in multiple business settings.
I have worked in the consumer finance industry for 25 years with a concentration of 20 of those years directly in the mortgage industry. I have helped and developed a great number of relationships with clients over the years and look forward to continuing that for my future in this business.
I am currently working as a Mortgage Loan Officer / Reverse Mortgage Specialist as part of the Loren Riddick Team with Worthington Mortgage. We are a direct lender that offers clients access to both traditional forward mortgage and also the reverse mortgage products. We are about putting our clients first by providing education, so we can develop a long-term relationship and not just a one-time transaction
